By using our financial literacy mobile application, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use our application.

1. Acceptance of Terms

   By accessing or using The Fintch app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you are a parent or guardian, you agree to these terms on behalf of your child.

2. Use of the Application

   • Eligibility: The Fintch is intended for children between the ages of 9 to 15 years old. Parents or guardians must create accounts and provide consent for their children to use the app.
   • User Conduct: Users agree to use the app for educational purposes only. Users must not:
     • Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the app’s functionality.
     • Use the app for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
     • Share or post inappropriate or offensive content.

3. User Accounts

   • Account Creation: Parents or guardians must create an account and provide accurate information. They are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password.
   • Account Security: Users must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of their account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

   • Free and Paid Versions: The Fintch may offer both free and paid versions of the app. Access to certain features may require a subscription or one-time payment.
   • Payment Information: If you choose to purchase a subscription or other services, you must provide valid payment information. All payments are non-refundable, except as required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

   • Ownership: The Fintch and its content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of The Fintch CJSC and its licensors.
   • Restrictions: Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the app without our prior written consent.

7. Termination

   • Termination by User: Users may terminate their account at any time by following the instructions in the app.
   • Termination by Us: We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in any conduct that we deem harmful to the app or its users.

8. Limitation of Liability

   To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Fintch and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the app.

9. Indemnification

   You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Fintch and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to your use of the app or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

10. Governing Law

    These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of Armenia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

    We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on our app and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the app after any changes signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
